I can’t say enough about Aaron and the team at Evolve. Two years ago, my son suffered a devasting 2nd ACL tear playing lacrosse and we were in search of a physical therapist to help guide him through another difficult rehab process. Luckily, we were introduced to Aaron and he immediately connected with my son. Evolve’s facility and equipment are top notch and Aaron’s personalized approach led to a much improved recovery when compared to the physical therapists we used for his previous injury. His overall leg strength, flexibility, and confidence improved greatly under Aaron’s guidance, so much so that he was able to earn All-Region honors during his high school senior lacrosse season. He continues to visit Evolve regularly to maintain the strength and flexibility he gained while also working with Aaron to increase his performance for sports and overall physical activities. I first came to Evolve PT in May for a hamstring issue that I'd had for over a year. After working with Rob Kirby for the past few months, he was able to properly diagnose the cause of my injury and get me back to my sport, jiu jitsu. Rob works with a handful of jiu jitsu athletes, so he was able to curate a specific plan that could get me back on the mats. Rob and all the Evolve folks have done a great job of getting me educated about my pain and how to manage it in the future. I highly recommend them.

I came to Evolve after tearing my ACL playing basketball. I cannot say enough positive things about the team there. They had a clear, prescriptive plan for my recovery and were incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Starting with range of motion of the knee, moving into rebuilding of the quad and hamstring muscles and now running, jumping and working my way back into sports. Six months post surgery I am gaining mobility and confidence in cutting, accelerating, stopping and change of direction.
