I first came to Evolve PT in May for a hamstring issue that I'd had for over a year. After working with Rob Kirby for the past few months, he was able to properly diagnose the cause of my injury and get me back to my sport, jiu jitsu. Rob works with a handful of jiu jitsu athletes, so he was able to curate a specific plan that could get me back on the mats. Rob and all the Evolve folks have done a great job of getting me educated about my pain and how to manage it in the future. I highly recommend them.
